Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Mixy mobile application (the "Service") operated by AIT ADDI Abdelghani ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Mixy, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Mixy is a mobile DJ application that allows users to:

• Mix and blend audio tracks
• Apply audio effects and controls
• Import and organize music from their device
• Integrate with third-party music streaming services
• Create and save DJ mixes

3. User Responsibilities

When using Mixy, you agree to:

• Only use music files that you own or have the legal right to use
• Comply with all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws
• Not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Not share or distribute copyrighted content without proper authorization

4. Intellectual Property

The Mixy app, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by AIT ADDI Abdelghani and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Music and Copyright

Mixy does not provide music content. You must:

• Own the music files you import
• Have appropriate licenses for any music you use
• Comply with all copyright laws in your jurisdiction
• Obtain proper licenses for public performances

6. Third-Party Services

Mixy may integrate with third-party services (such as SoundCloud, Beatport, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AIT ADDI Abdelghani be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful components
• Any errors or omissions in any content

9. User Content and Data

You retain all rights to your music files and mixes. By using Mixy:

• Your files remain on your device and are not uploaded to our servers
• We do not claim ownership of your content
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

11. Age Restrictions

Mixy is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, you may not use this Service.

12. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
• Update these Terms at any time
• Add or remove features from the app

Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AIT ADDI Abdelghani regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
