Q: How do I import music into Mixy?

A: Tap the music icon on either deck to open the track selector. You can import tracks from your local device library or use integrated streaming services like SoundCloud.

Q: How do I set a hot cue?

A: While a track is loaded, tap on one of the numbered hot cue buttons (1-4) to set a cue point at the current position. Tap the same button again to jump to that cue point instantly.

Q: What is Key Lock and how do I use it?

A: Key Lock (Master Tempo) allows you to change the tempo of a track without changing its pitch. Toggle the Key Lock button in the deck header to enable or disable this feature.

Q: How do I create a loop?

A: Use the IN/OUT/LOOP buttons. Press "IN" at your loop start point, "OUT" at your loop end point, and "LOOP" to activate the loop. The track will continuously repeat between these points.

Q: Can I use Mixy for live performances?

A: Yes! Mixy is designed for both practice and live performances. Make sure you have the appropriate music licenses for public performances.

Q: Does Mixy work offline?

A: Yes, you can use locally stored music files completely offline. However, streaming service integrations require an internet connection.
